- The proof of your fine digital file will send to you for your review. Free of charge of the first 2 revisions of your photos will be provided. For further revision, the fee will be applied.
- Once you satisfy your final photos, I will send it to your email or download website. (No refunded will be provided once the final photos digital files are sent)
** Please note that the color may show or print slightly different from screen to screen ( depend on your settings of computer monitors).
** Copyright for my creation / painting / photo art - Please note that it is free for you to use the portrait/painting/photo art for personal use, BUT NOT for commercial use (i.e.: . sell the image /digital file to others or sell prints or sharing files to others) I retain the creation / painting / photo art copyright.

2. What is the process if I want to order my custom portrait?
- Send your inquiry and photos to info@artimoment.com and specify your requirement if any.
- Make a payment to confirm your order and secure your schedule.
**For a multiple-subject portrait from several separated images, a preliminary draft will be provided for your review.
- Send a proof for your review. Free of charge of the first 2 proofs will be provided. For a further proof, the fee will be applied.
- Once you confirm the proof, I will send it (a digital file in jpg format) to your email.

3. What is the process if I want to order a photo art?
- Send your photos and requirement to info@artimoment.com. I will let you know if your photo is suitable for a photo art or not.

4. What forms of payment does Artimoment accept?
Artimoment gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
5. How secure is Artimoment?
Artimoment uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
6. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from Artimoment?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
7. I need a rush order. What can I do?
You can contact Artimoment for an arrangement. Please note that the extra cost will be incurred.
8. Do you provide other photo editing service than the website shown (such as a background removal, black & white, restoration or changing face)?
Yes, you take the photo and we make it as good as a studio does or even more. Just email to us and we will make it possible.
9. Do you offer any refund?
Due to the nature of digital files, the refund service will not be available once the final photo is sent. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive your photo and there is any problem, please contact us and we will work to resolve it for you.
10. Does it need any shipping cost?
No, it doesn't incur any postage charge, mailing delay and any taxes. We will send your fine tone photo in digital file format through email or downloading website (depend on the size of your photo). You can immediately print it yourself or at a local print shop. It is fast and easy.
11. What is the Privacy Policy?
The Privacy Policy describes how and when we (Artimoment) collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from artimoment.com or its related sites and services.
